The day i turned 20

September 16th, 2009: The day i turned 20. Somehow, i felt that time has gone too fast. Look ma, I've grown up... Birthday this year seemed a little different. September 15th, 12.00am midnight, friends at my university here celebrated Ken Yao and my birthday, because his birthday is on 14th, and mine on 16th, so they decided to celebrate together on 15th. Moreover they were going back on 15th night for Raya holiday. Today, September 16th, more friends are going back. And that lefts me. Bee Ching will be going back tomorrow, so i'll also be going back tomorrow too, i think. What makes this birthday different is that i'm celebrating it with friends all around other places. Sometimes it makes me wished that we can be together for one more time... Yesterday night Boonsin asked me out to yum cha as a celebration. A simple yet sincere party of two, with limau ais and nasi goreng. At least he did celebrate for me, as promised. Thanks, Boonsin. And now, as i'm writing this blog, more friends are preparing to go back. Ken Yao and Wai Kit will be back to Muar and Malacca. Pau Ming will be going back at night, and he's going out singing k with the girls. Girls are also going home. Suddenly, i feel alone... very alone. I was having my lunch alone. Without the usual laughter of my roommate and my neighbour, lunch time seemed quiet. Without my roommate, the whole room seemed... quiet. This birthday is lacking something, but i cant figure out what. Maybe i am being paranoid. Maybe i think too much.
