Forgive me

A poem for both myself and my friend.
Please forgive me, For what I've done to you; For what I've said to you. For I did not realize How much you've been through Please forgive me, For I've done the wrong thing; For I've hurt your feeling. Now you must've been very sad Because I've done what I shouldn't have done. Please forgive me, For I did not think before I act; For I did not think of how you would react. Because of that I feel remorse For causing you so much pain. Please forgive me, For making such a harsh decision, And causing you lost control of your emotions. I know that although you always smile, But those smiles are merely meant to hide. Oh Lord, please forgive me, For what I've done to my dear friend, Tell her that this is not the end. After those things I've done to her, I will never be grateful for what I've done, NEVER! All I want is forgiveness, From You, Lord, and from her friends, Who worries for her day and night, Who keep saying, "Keep trying until you feel alright!" For days you've been feeling down, Nothing can make you smile, not even a clown. But there are friends who care for you, Stand up for you, worry for you. What's more could you ask for? So, I just want you to know, That I wish you will forget these. And Lord, I seek Your forgiveness, For doing such horrible thing To my beloved friends!

Happy Birthday

This is just a draft of a new poem. Changes are expected in the near future. I can't think of anything else.
Years gone by and you don't realize, The number keeps adding up, one by one. Grimly reminds us how long we have been in this world, Yet, it also tells us that our life is getting Shorter and shorter. Another cake for another year, Along came another stick of candle, Candles that resemble the years we've traveled. Increasing annually, and silently whisper to us, "you're one year older, pal." Then they sing to you with voice so joyful: "Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you!" Before they're blown, The candlelights dances on their own. This is the time we make our wishes, Hoping the candles will hear us and grant every single one of them. Such is the tradition of birthday, Created by our ancestors, preserved til today. No one really knows how or who started this, Yet, it is a tradition so well preserved, that everyone still practice it nowadays. Everyone from every corner of the world is singing: "Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you!" Now that you are celebrating your own birthday, Another cake, another candle, another unforgettable day. Let us laugh along and sing along, And let us make your day! "Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you!"

Birthday poem by my Bro

This is a poem written by my bro on my birthday. Good poem indeed.
O' little brother of mine, Had grown up fast, grown up fine. Still remember when you were shorter, Now you're taller than both your brothers. Gone are the days we spent together, Less is the time we talk to each other. But before you think it slipped my mind, No it didn't, not this lil brother of mine. For 18 years ago, I got a little brother, Ever since then grateful was I ever. Ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, Fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen. Another candle, another year, Another birthday for my brother so dear. Here's wishing you from hundred miles away, My little brother who turned eighteen today...

Be Happy

A short poem for my emotionally hurt friend.
O' sweet little friend of mine, Are feeling down and not so fine; Still couldn't forget the moment she smiles, So pleasing it makes people go wild; Although sometimes she can be very hot-tempered, Yet deep inside her, she just wanna be heard; Now that she's feeling down, And no longer smiles sweetly, but frowns; Keep in mind, my dear little friend, That this is not the end; That you still have me as a buddy, Who'll do anything and go through everything Just to make you... FEEL HAPPY.
